In addition to his litigation practice, Joseph consults with employers regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including employee onboarding, personnel practices, restrictive covenants, employee separations, reductions in force, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, wage and hour matters, employee classification, and workplace investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph practiced labor and employment law at Stoel Rives in Seattle and at Goodwin in Boston.
