On September 5, 2024, Absolute Security, a Seattle, WA-based company which specializes in enterprise cyber resilience, acquired Syxsense, an innovator in automated endpoint and vulnerability management. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Syxsense on the transaction.
Under the leadership of CEO Ashley Leonard, Syxsense offers a unified endpoint management (UEM) platform that integrates automated vulnerability and patch management functionalities. This acquisition will enable Absolute Security to broaden its customer base, enhance its global footprint, and strengthen its competitive edge across new markets.
