Will Andrews is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging companies, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and cryptocurrency.
Prior to joining the firm, Will served as a legal intern for a tech start-up. While in law school, he represented numerous nonprofit corporations through UCI Law’s Community and Economic Development Clinic, where he provided guidance on an array of matters including incorporation, applying for 501(c)(3) status, real estate refinancing, corporate governance, intellectual property consulting, and tax. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in business administration, Will practiced accounting.
