Vikki Nguyen is Of Counsel in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is part of the technology transactions practice. She specializes in the protection, licensing, and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets for emerging growth companies of all stages, from inception to exit. Vikki serves clients from a variety of industries, including fashion, beauty and wellness, consumer products, media and entertainment, EdTech, and FinTech. She has experience assisting innovative technology companies with a variety of legal needs, including advising on go-to-market strategy, corporate partnering, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, advertising and promotions, M&A and financing, and other legal and business matters.

Vikki is a frequent speaker on intellectual property and technology issues for emerging companies and an active participant in events and initiatives for founders, investors, and lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds. She has guest lectured at law schools including Yale and Cornell.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Vikki worked for Cooley LLP and Gunderson Dettmer in their New York offices.
