Robert (Rob) Terenzi is an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. Rob has extensive experience representing early stage companies throughout their entire life cycle from formation to exit, with an emphasis on the life sciences and technology sectors.
Rob also specializes in Latin America and cross-border work. Rob was a part of the firm from 2010-2013 and then left to found his own start-up, Vega Coffee, a company that has created a new supply chain for coffee and cacao with operations in Nicaragua and Colombia. Rob lived in Nicaragua for a total of six years, giving him the opportunity to gain experience advising clients in the impact investing and social enterprise space and dealing with the unique legal issues related to that area of venture capital.
