On November 6, 2024, MoradaUno, a Mexico-based technology company focused on creating digital products and services in real estate, announced the successful completion of a $5.6 million Series A financing. The round was co-led by Flourish Ventures and Cometa, with participation from Clocktower Ventures, Picus Capital, and Y Combinator. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised MoradaUno on the transaction.

MoradaUno will use the capital to help with expansion. The company is live in four cities in Mexico with plans to grow to six more cities.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised MoradaUno on the transaction includes Matt Squires, Luis Fortuño, and Robert Terenzi.
