Luis R Fortuño is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. He represents investors in venture transactions spanning the life cycle of a company and companies at all stages of development in a variety of transactions, including start-up and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Luis was an associate at Clifford Chance US LLP. He has previous experience advising clients on a variety of renewable energy and infrastructure finance matters and capital markets transactions, with a particular focus in Latin America.
Luis is fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable in Italian.
