On June 4, 2024, Prósperos, a technology company that delivers a powerful financial platform for the Spanish-speaking Western hemisphere, announced that it has successfully closed a $3 million seed financing. The seed round includes investments from FEBE Ventures, BAT VC, Tekton Ventures, Courtyard Ventures, and technology executives. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Prósperos in the transaction.

Founded in 2023, Prósperos is an innovative financial platform that aims to serve millions of Latinos in the U.S. and Latin America. The investment will allow Prósperos to deliver a transformative financial solution that offers a quicker, more affordable, and secure method for international remittances.
