Kimball Smith is Of Counsel in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He advises companies, investors, and boards through all stages of the corporate life cycle—from incorporation to exit—with a focus on financing activities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimball was an associate in M&A group in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP and served as a clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee, U.S. District Court judge.
