Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Venture Fellows from the McCombs School of Business have partnered in a company formation mock negotiation. The Venture Fellows program is a robust, year-long program for a select group of MBA students. The event will feature a mock negotiation among Venture Fellows, who are supported by mentors from the start-up community, including experienced attorneys, entrepreneurs, and investors. This event will mark a new chapter in the long-running mock negotiation series, as well as highlight Wilson Sonsini’s new partnership with the program.
