John Lynch is a U.S.-qualified associate working out of the London and Washington, D.C., offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counsels public and private clients at all stages of growth. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. John also advises clients on regulatory filings with the Bureau of Economic Analysis at the U.S. Department of Commerce and national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
John has an active pro bono practice representing military veterans appealing VA benefit decisions to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is a recipient of the firm’s John Wilson Award, which is presented annually to attorneys who have demonstrated a significant commitment to the firm’s pro bono clients.
During law school, John interned in the chambers of Judge Paul W. Grimm of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Army.
