John Delaney is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities law. He primarily supports early-stage companies through issues including formation, equity and convertible debt financings with angel and venture capital investors, corporate governance, and others.

During law school, John was a member of the University of Washington School of Law's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he assisted clients with early-stage corporate and trademark matters.
