On May 5, 2022, Latin Lawyer announced the winners of its 16th annual Deal of the Year Awards at a charity dinner in São Paulo. Wilson Sonsini was honored among other firms in the M&A(private) category for representing Brazilian real estate platform QuintoAndar in its acquisition of Buenos Aires-based Navent Group in a cross-border proptech deal.

The Wilson Sonsini team included Matt Squires, Maurice Guttman, Cesar Fischer, and John Delaney of the firm’s Latin America practice group.
