Before joining the firm, Jesse was a corporate associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and served as a judicial law clerk to Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery. In law school, Jesse actively participated in the law and entrepreneurship clinic and also externed with the global M&A group of a Fortune 500 technology company. Before law school, Jesse was a secondary mathematics corps member with Teach For America.
