She focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Her practice also includes national security matters pertaining to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
As a student at Georgetown University Law Center, Jennifer was the President of Georgetown’s Military Law Society, served on the executive board for Georgetown’s Journal on National Security Law & Policy, and worked with Georgetown’s Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic. During law school, Jennifer served in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Prior to law school, Jennifer served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Legislative Correspondent in the U.S. House of Representatives.
