Blake Holbrook is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s energy and climate solutions practice. Blake’s practice focuses on representing sponsors, borrowers, lenders, arrangers, tax equity investors, private equity funds, and other investors in project finance, structured finance, acquisitions, project development, and general corporate transactions in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Blake was an associate at Stoel Rives LLP.
