Angela Chan is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on corporate and securities law.

During law school, Angela participated in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic, where she worked with entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on transactional issues, and the Environmental Protection Clinic, where she worked with nonprofit environmental organizations. She also served on the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Law Students’ Association, the Yale Law & Business Society, and the Paul Tsai China Center.
