She adeptly defends companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, contested mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial disputes. Her expertise also extends to government and internal investigations, as well as pre-litigation dispute resolution and arbitration.

Stephanie maintains an active pro bono practice and is a three-time recipient of the firm's highest award for pro bono legal service, the John Wilson Award. Within the firm, she co-founded and co-chairs the Women of Wilson affinity group and actively participates in Practice Technology Innovation initiatives. Her leadership roles have included Chair of the Culture Subcommittee of the Associates Committee, pro bono coordinator for the Seattle office, and head of the Seattle/Austin/Salt Lake City Women Attorneys group. She has also served as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Associates Committee, Juneteenth Planning Committee, and Community Service Committee.
In addition to her legal practice, Stephanie is an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law, where she teaches a "Transitioning to Practice" course, equipping law students with essential skills for their legal careers.
