Shivang Patel is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the technology transactions practice.
During law school, Shivang was a member of the Harvard Transactional Law Clinic and the Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project, where he helped advise small businesses and entrepreneurs on matters related to business formation and intellectual property and helped draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Prior to attending law school, Shivang conducted research in semiconductor nanowires and devices and competed in Yale University’s SAE Formula Hybrid Racing Team, where he designed, built and tested a hybrid Formula One race car.
