She advises emerging and established life sciences companies, with an emphasis on consumer health, digital health, medical device, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Shefali’s practice focuses on transactions in which intellectual property assets are the key drivers, including research and development agreements; manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements; clinical trial arrangements; materials transfer agreements; and commercialization and co-commercialization agreements. In addition, she regularly counsels clients on complex partnering and licensing arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-outs, and other business arrangements.

In 2012, Shefali completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst certification for investment management. She is fluent in Hindi.
