Scott’s investigations practice spans a wide variety of industries, geographies, and issues. His matters have involved securities fraud, accounting fraud, the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, sanctions and export controls, money laundering, criminal antitrust enforcement, and art repatriation. He represents both companies and individuals facing enforcement from the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as a clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. on the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Honorable Kent A. Jordan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
