Sally Yin is Of Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she maintains a wide-ranging corporate and securities practice advising clients in connection with capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, and other corporate transactions and governance matters. She also regularly represents issuers and underwriters in SPAC public offerings and de-SPAC processes and works on transactions across North America and Asia.

Sally is a native speaker of Mandarin and previously practiced in the New York and Beijing offices of an international law firm.

On June 7, 2024, the latter began trading its shares and warrants on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbols “DSY” and “DSYW,” respectively.

Plutonian is a Delaware corporation incorporated as a blank check company, or special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Big Tree Cloud is a company devoted to the development, production, and sales of personal care products and other consumer goods in China.

On October 9, 2023, Big Tree Cloud International Group Limited (Big Tree Cloud), a company devoted to the development, production, and sales of personal care products and other consumer goods in China, and Plutonian Acquisition Corp. (Plutonian), a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination between Big Tree Cloud and Plutonian. Upon the completion of the business combination, the combined company will become a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The business combination reflects an initial equity value of approximately US$500 million for Big Tree Cloud.
