Rodrigo (Rod) Valle is a U.S. and UK dual-qualified attorney in the technology transactions practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Rod represents technology companies in a variety of industries in strategic commercial transactions and financings, mergers, and acquisitions. He regularly drafts and negotiates agreements involving the development, transfer, sale, commercialization, and licensing of technology, data, or intellectual property assets. As part of his practice, Rod regularly advises UK and other non-U.S. technology companies in connection with their U.S. expansion with respect to commercial contracts, including contracts related to software, cloud-based platforms and services, supplier and reseller relationships, strategic alliances, joint ventures, asset transfers, and intellectual property licenses.
