He has experience designing innovative compliance solutions for data collection and sharing, transparency, and consent requirements. He also provides strategic guidance on upcoming legislative initiatives in the EU such as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act or the Data Act.
Roberto regularly advises companies of all sizes on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), e-Privacy and Cybersecurity laws. His experience includes advising and defending companies in investigations by EU supervisory authorities (e.g., advising on strategy, drafting submissions to regulators), responding in the event of a data breach or security incident, and assisting in litigation across the EU.

Prior to joining the firm, Roberto completed a traineeship at the Council of the European Union’s Legal Service, where he focused on constitutional affairs, Brexit, electoral law, e-Privacy and e-Evidence. He assisted in litigation matters before the EU Court of Justice.
Roberto is a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in English and French.
