Robert Deng is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging companies, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert attended UCLA School of Law, where he graduated with double specializations in Business Law and Tax Law. During law school, Robert earned the Pro Bono Distinction honors and received the Dean’s Scholarship.
Prior to law school, Robert co-founded an AI-Education startup in Beijing, China.
