RJ Lang is an associate in Wilson Sonsini’s corporate practice, where he focuses on technology and high-growth companies, from seed-stage start-ups to public companies.  

RJ works with clients on matters related to company formations, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and public company reporting.   RJ represents companies across a wide range of industries that include digital health, medical devices, fintech, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

During law school, RJ worked at UC Hastings’ Start-Up Legal Garage, where he participated in the both the Biotechnology and Start-Up clinics and served as president of the school’s Intellectual Property Association.
