Rachel Herrington is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on employment litigation and advice. Rachel has experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment cases, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class actions, trade secret and non-competition litigation, and wrongful termination. Rachel represents clients in federal and state litigation and before administrative agencies.
In addition to her litigation practice, Rachel regularly counsels employers on various employment issues, including compliance with federal and state employment law, employee onboarding, personnel practices, employee classification, wage and hour requirements, restrictive covenants, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, and internal investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel practiced labor and employment law at Stoel Rives in Seattle and was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ann Schindler of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.
