Rachel Burke is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Her work encompasses a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Rachel interned at the Federal Trade Commission in the office of Commissioner Noah J. Phillips. She also worked as a research assistant at the Global Antitrust Institute and served as a writing fellow for the law school’s Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis Program.
