Peter Bratton is a corporate attorney with extensive, cross-border experience advising private and public companies, private equity and venture capital funds, underwriters and lenders in a range of financings, M&A transactions, public securities offerings, and complex corporate governance matters. In particular, Peter advises emerging companies and their investors at all stages of growth, including formation, funding, and exit.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Peter worked for Allen & Overy LLP and Jones Day in their UK and U.S. offices and, while in law school, served as a legal consultant to the Vatican and the World Bank.
Peter is practicing virtually in Michigan, where he is licensed. He is also admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, New York, and Washington.
