Prior to joining the firm, Neil was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where his practice involved employment litigation, complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. Previously, Neil worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
