Prior to joining the firm, Mike was CIO at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he directed global enterprise technology strategy and services. In this role, he also served as co-chair of the technology committee and was co-leader of the working group on innovation. Mike's experience also includes 14 years at Hogan Lovells, where he was appointed that firm's first-ever global CIO after serving as its chief technology officer and director of information technology. While at Hogan Lovells, he served as a member of the Global Operations Committee and the Global Information Risk Committee, and as chair of the Global Technology Advisory Group.
Early in his career, Mike worked in several technology and information services positions for various companies, including British Petroleum America, CH2M Hill, Winstar Communications, and Morgan Lewis.
