Michael (Mike) LaRocca is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s energy and climate solutions practice. Mike’s practice focuses on representing sponsors, borrowers, lenders, private equity funds, and other investors in project finance, structured finance, acquisitions, project development, and general corporate transactions in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike spent several years representing lenders in project finance transactions for community solar, C&I, and utility scale solar projects.

Mike is admitted in Maryland. He is not admitted in Washington, D.C.
