He has particular expertise in representing issuers, underwriters, and investors in convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade note offerings; equity derivatives; and PIPE transactions. Mike also advises issuers on the restructuring or repurchase of outstanding debt securities, including through private market repurchases, tender offers, or exchange offers. His work also includes representing private companies intent on going public or otherwise entering the capital markets.
