Maurice has experience advising early stage, private and public companies, and investors through all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from incorporation to exit, with a focus on financing activities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Maurice practiced in the corporate groups of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York, and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil, concentrating on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to English, Maurice is fluent in Portuguese and knowledgeable in Hebrew.
