She has particular expertise in secured lending, factoring, trade receivables securitization, and developing tailored financial structures to meet specific client goals. She also regularly advises clients in connection with subordination agreements, intercreditor disputes, and debt purchases, and counsels boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and fiduciary duties in evaluating financing options, reorganization strategies, and other matters.
