Lori’s work focuses on the representation of private and public high technology and growth companies. She concentrates her practice on the design, administration, and tax attributes of all types of executive compensation arrangements, equity compensation plans, and employee benefit plans, as well as compensation and employee benefits issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions.
Lori has substantial experience designing, drafting, and implementing all types of benefit plans and arrangements, including qualified retirement plans (both defined contribution and defined benefit plans) and deferred compensation arrangements. She counsels clients on administrative, fiduciary, and legal compliance issues of qualified retirement plans. Lori also has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of the correction of operational failures and other matters pending before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor.
