Lillian Li is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the technology transactions practice. She focuses on various commercial transactions and intellectual property matters, such as licensing and strategic relationships. 

Prior to joining the firm, Lillian held various business roles in early-stage medical device and life sciences companies. While she was a law student, Lillian was a member of Penn Intellectual Property Group (PIPG) and Penn Entrepreneurial Engineers and Penn Law (PEEPL). She also completed the Certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science.
