Liam Boylan is a dual qualified antitrust associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Liam started his career by working as a paralegal for a UK consumer law advice service based in Bristol. Prior to joining the firm, Liam worked in the London office of another U.S.-headquartered law firm with a focus on the technology sector. He has experience of merger control cases and regulatory investigations brought by the UK, European, and U.S. antitrust regulators. He has assisted clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, media and telecoms, social media, information technology, computer hardware, and transport and logistics.

In 2023, Liam completed a 9-month secondment at the CMA, where he worked on a cartel investigation and a mix of Phase 1 and Phase 2 merger investigations.

Liam speaks English, French, and Italian.
