Leah Hengemuhle is an associate in the Boulder office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate and securities law. She represents life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Leah was a law clerk in Wilson Sonsini’s Boston office, interned at the Denver District Attorney's Office, and participated in Boston College's Juvenile Rights Clinic where she assisted in representing children in the greater Boston area.
Prior to law school, Leah worked at a national tax consulting firm, where she focused on state and local tax issues.
