Lauren Beausoleil is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the patents and innovations practice. Lauren previously worked at Wilson Sonsini as a scientific advisor and, later, as a registered patent agent. During her time at the firm, Lauren has most frequently worked with clients involved in life sciences and related technologies.
Prior to attending law school, Lauren attended Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Her technical experience includes laboratory work with the James Morken Research Group, Boston College Department of Chemistry, in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and as an intern for the Medicinal Chemistry Group at Teva Pharmaceuticals in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
During law school, Lauren acted an Executive Note Editor of the Boston College Law Review. Lauren was also the Executive Editor for Boston College Law School’s Intellectual Property and Technology Forum, an online-based forum devoted to scholarship among law students interested in intellectual property. After her first year of law school, she spent the summer as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After her second year, Lauren joined Wilson Sonsini as a summer associate.
