Lauren Wardle is an associate in the technology transactions practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s San Diego office. Her practice focuses on the life sciences and medical device industry, representing companies in various intellectual property and commercial transactions. Lauren has also represented life science, medical device, and high-tech companies in complex commercial licensing and patent infringement disputes, including Hatch-Waxman litigation.
During law school, Lauren was a judicial extern for The Honorable Margaret Mann in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California and The Honorable Marilyn L. Huff in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Before attending law school, Lauren worked at a biotechnology company focusing on the development of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
