Ken is a corporate law partner based in Los Angeles who helps entrepreneurs, corporations, strategic investors, angel investors, venture capital funds, and private equity funds engaged in business operations in California and throughout the world.
Ken works on a wide range of corporate finance matters, from start-up companies obtaining angel financing to multi-billion dollar transactions for multinational and Fortune 500 companies. Ken’s practice focuses on technology (AI, AR/VR, CPG, CRT, cybersecurity, e-commerce, esports, gaming, IoT, mediatech, fintech, blockchain, SaaS) as well as life sciences and healthtech (biologics, digital health, diagnostics, genomics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals). He has handled more than $10 billion in financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs.
Ken was recently included in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for corporate law, and has been recognized as a 2024 BTI Client Service All-Star. He has lectured in start-up and corporate law at Caltech, UCI, UCLA, UCSD, USC, and other universities.
