Kelsey received her Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she investigated photonic crystal hydrogels for biosensing applications. Her dissertation focused on the development and characterization of polymeric materials, biomolecule conjugation and characterization, and biosensor development. Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey worked in a variety of industries, including the semiconductor, high purity gas, and pharmaceutical sectors.
