During law school, Kelly served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kimba M. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Prior to law school, Kelly worked at Google, where she focused on copyright, trademark, defamation, and privacy issues as a member of the legal team. She also served as a political and legislative aide to Congressman Bill Foster, one of the few scientists in Congress, and as a middle school teacher in the Bronx, New York with Teach For America.
