Kangdi Cheng is a law clerk in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging companies, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
During law school, Kangdi was actively involved in pro bono work through the Public Law Center’s Consumer Law and Elder Justice units, assisting low-income individuals with bankruptcy and consumer protection matters.
Prior to attending law school, Kangdi gained international legal experience as a research assistant at the Sino-Foreign Financial and Legal Research Centre of Beijing Foreign Studies University, focusing on data privacy protections and international investment law between China and the United States.
Kangdi is not yet admitted in any jurisdiction and therefore not yet authorized to practice law.
