June Wang is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on capital markets, corporate governance, and other strategic transactions. She regularly advises companies on SEC reporting obligations and disclosure issues, NYSE and Nasdaq stock exchange listing rules, corporate governance best practices, and general corporate and securities matters. She also regularly represents issuers in a variety of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings, debt offerings, and tender offers.
Prior to joining the firm, June was an associate in the corporate and securities group at Perkins Coie, LLP in Seattle.
