Her corporate counseling activities included advising boards and issuers on fiduciary matters, disclosure questions, and compliance issues, as well as counseling directors and issuers on corporate governance matters. She also assisted clients with venture financings, M&A transactions, public offerings, and private placements of public equity or convertible debt.
