Joshua Manning is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on corporate governance litigation and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Before joining the firm, Josh spent two years as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has since assisted Vice Chancellor Zurn in teaching a law school course on Delaware law.
Josh also maintains an active pro bono practice, serving as an attorney ad litem in guardianship proceedings before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
