Josh Craddock is a senior associate in the Boulder, Colorado, office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on appellate and high-stakes litigation.
Josh has litigated matters of constitutional law, administrative law, federal Indian law, contract law, and preemption at all levels of the federal judiciary and in arbitration. He also maintains an active pro bono practice and has led appellate litigation efforts on religious land-use issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh successfully petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States for certiorari in Vega v. Tekoh and represented major technology clients in groundbreaking Section 230 litigation. He clerked for Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Josh graduated from the Harvard Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. His legal scholarship has been cited by numerous courts and has been published in the Notre Dame Law Review, Harvard Journal on Legislation (online), and Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy.
