Jose Corte-Real is a corporate associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represents investors in venture transactions spanning the life cycle of a company and companies at all stages of development in a variety of transactions, including start-up and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Jose was an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. He has previous experience advising clients on a variety of renewable energy finance matters.

In addition to English, Jose is fluent in Portuguese and knowledgeable in French and Spanish.
